How It Works
Entrupy Authentication uses advanced artificial intelligence and microscopy to verify the authenticity of your handbag. The process involves scanning your item with our proprietary device and app, which captures a set of microscopic images. These images are then analyzed by machine learning algorithms, comparing them against a vast database of known authentic and counterfeit products. Process & Turnaround Time
Book an Appointment: Schedule your Entrupy Authentication appointment via our WhatsApp.
Scan at Our Showroom: Bring your bag to our showroom for a quick 15-minute scan.
Receive Results: Take your bag home. The authentication result will be emailed to you within 1 working day.
Authentication Certificate: If your bag is authentic, you will receive an Entrupy authentication certificate via email. If not, you can request a letter of evidence* to assist in recovering your money from the seller. (*Additional fee applies)

What If the Bag Is Not Authentic?
If the item is not authentic, an Entrupy authentication certificate will not be issued. However, for a fee, Entrupy can provide a letter of evidence detailing the reasons for inauthenticity. This letter is widely accepted by authorities such as the police, courts, and credit card companies, aiding you in recovering your money from the seller.
